Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
The short version: we only ask for your name and email so we can tell you when MyVitalFew launches. We don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
This policy explains how FitzDrake Search, Inc. ("MyVitalFew," "we," "us") handles your personal information on this website. By using the site or joining our waiting list, you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
- Waiting-list details: your name and email address, which you give us when you join the waiting list.
- Messages you send us: anything you choose to include if you write to us.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as financial details, government ID numbers, or passwords.
How we use it
- To add you to the waiting list and tell you when MyVitalFew launches.
- To send occasional updates about MyVitalFew. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the waiting list, such as Supabase, the database service that stores sign-ups. If we later use an email service to send launch updates, we will share your name and email only with that provider and update this policy. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The fonts on this site are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other font providers when you visit.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to Amazon, where Bill Fitzgerald's books are sold. Amazon has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
How long we keep it
We keep your waiting-list details until you ask us to remove them, or until a reasonable time after MyVitalFew launches, whichever comes first. We may keep a record that you unsubscribed so we don't email you again.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to privacy@myvitalfew.com.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your data or objecting to certain uses. We will honor valid requests as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or storage system is completely secure.
Children
MyVitalFew is intended for adults seeking employment. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the date above. For significant changes affecting how we use your information, we will let you know by email.
